Mango Salsa

What you’ll need:

-2 ripe mangos
-3 vine ripe tomatoes
-1/4 of a large red onion
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 lemon or 2 limes
-salt and pepper
-ground cumin
-fresh cilantro to taste (optional)

Dice the mangos, tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Add the juice of the lemon or limes. Add salt, pepper, and cumin to taste, and mix well. If using cilantro, dice it and add to taste (it has a very strong flavor, so add a little at a time!). If you let it sit in the fridge for awhile before using, the flavor will get stronger ūüėČ
